Part of aftermarket care of your RV is the continual upkeep of your rig. Unfortunately, the rigors of the road put a lot of wear and tear on your recreational vehicle and when your gear breaks down, you need solutions, not more problems. Welcome to RecPro. We're here to help.

One exterior item on RVs that tends to break down due to age, rigor, and general usage is the city water hook-up on your recreational vehicle. While a simple part of your RV, this item is crucial to your ability to stay out on the road, even for part-time travel. This external fill port is easily worn down because of the outside elements constantly attacking it, as well as the internal construction being under pressure while in use. This one item attracts a whole list of problems that you'll deal with more than once over the life of your RV. But, like we said, we're here to help.

RecPro offers an aftermarket upgrade that will help solve not only issues with general wear, but also safety concerns with having your primary water open to outside tampering. Our Gravity-Fed City Water Hook-Up Inlet with Locking Hatch Door is a step up in water access options for your recreational vehicle.

First, our outlet stands above the rest by offering two separate ports for importing water to your basin. The city hook-up is a filtered port with universal threaded attachment that will connect to most hoses and water providing accessories on the market and in campgrounds around the country. The secondary port is a wide mouth inlet that is angled upwards and is a gravity fed opening for portable water sources that you provide. Another internal extra that helps the overall condition of the unit is a 1/2" screened ventilation port that helps keep pressures equalized during use.

Secondly, our inlet is constructed with a UV stabilized plastic that is resistant to cracking, temperature variations, and continued use. The outer surface is also designed to accept paint more readily than other competitors in the field that don't allow coatings to adhere and result in flaking.

Third, our inlet features a lockable hatch that will keep your water sources safe from tampering, as well as keeping the outside elements at bay while you travel and camp across the country. If you're trying to fill your tank but need to tend to other responsibilities setting up your campsite, now worries, we've got you covered. Our lockable hatch features a swinging port door that allows you to run a water hose through the door while it is closed.

This door is a definite step in the right direction towards upgrading the exterior of your RV. Get yours by calling our helpful Customer Care department today!
