    • We strive to provide great customer service and your feedback is very important to us, if you feel you cannot leave us positive feedback then please contact us before leaving neutral or negative feedback! We will correct any issue you may have.


    • All refunds will be refunded via the original payment method.
    • You have 30 days from date of purchase to return an item. This gives you plenty of time to inspect, test and validate your purchase.
    • Items returned because customer ordered wrong size, style or color are subject to a 10% restocking fee unless otherwise noted in product description.
    • Returns after 30 days from date of purchase will be handled on a case-by-case basis, and will incur up to a 25% restocking fee if we choose to accept.
    • If an error is made on our part, the product has a manufacture defect or if the item was not received as described please contact us immediately and we will discuss how we can correct our mistake.
    • Exchanges are accepted for in stock items with same value but buyer must pay for all shipping expense and price difference. If the Item you are returning was shipped free, the credit for your exchange will be less the original shipping amount we paid to ship the item.
    • Please be aware that shipping and handling charges are not refundable and you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
    • Items that have been used, installed, or damaged cannot be considered for refund. We must be able to sell it as new.
    • If the Item you are returning was shipped free, and the item is returned for a refund due to no fault of ours, the refund will also be less the original shipping amount we paid to ship the item.
    • If the product is defective please see our warranty section. Before returning any items you must have a Return Authorization Number (RMA).
      • Items returned without an RMA number are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
      • Please clearly mark the RMA number on your return label attached to the outside of the box being returned.
      • Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt of RMA number.
    • Please inspect your merchandise before accepting your order from the delivery service.
      • If you notice damages please make note of it on the delivery paperwork.
      • Damage claims on Freight shipments that do not have notes regarding damage will not be honored, as they cannot be proven.
    • All international sales are final. If this was an eBay purchase then your transaction will be processed through the global shipping program. Your total will automatically be calculated after your purchase is made.
    • Free shipping is for the contiguous United States only, additional charges will apply to other US locations like Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii.

  • Suburban and Atwood - Water heaters and furnaces that are sold as new are brand new, never used. We buy these units as over stock or surplus and they may or may not have a serial number. These may or may not be covered by the manufacture warranty but as the seller we offer a 12 month warranty from date of sale. We will either send you a new unit or replacement parts if there is a manufacture defect. We DO NOT pay labor.  Please note we sell these units between 30-50% cheaper than other retailers.
  • Heng’s, Marinco, Flojet, WFCO,Shuflo, Dicor and Alpha Systems– We cover new items we sell from these brands for a period of 30 days of sale. This covers manufacture defects only. After 30 days must contact the Mfg. directly if you have any issues, defects or warranty issues.
  • Perfit- We cover these products for a period of 1 year from retail sale. This covers manufacture defects only.
  • RecPro Marine Products- Aluminum and Stainless steel ladders carry a 3 year warranty that covers excessive corrosion manufacture defects. All other RecPro Marine Products are covered for a period of 1 year. This covers manufacture defects only.
  • RecPro RV Products- We cover these products for a period of 1 year from retail sale. This covers manufacture defects only.

We will try to repair by sending parts, if not will send you a full replacement at no cost.


  • We spend extra money on packaging to ensure your new products will ship safely but there is always the chance rough handling or stacking could cause damage.
  • We will send you a replacement product as soon as you provide us with images.
  • We do not need the damaged product back before we send you a replacement.
  • There is never any cost to you in the event of damage, we handle everything quickly so you can continue with no delay.
