Replacing old vent covers

The old vent can easily be removed by using a power drill to unscrew the unit from inside the vehicle and on the top of it. The old cover will slide off after you slightly open a tab on the side. After this, you can slide on your new cover and close its tab. For the final steps, you will replace the crank assembly, garnish, and screen from the inside.
