RV A/C Unit Bolts for Thick Roofs <5-5/8" (3800, 3501 Models)

When you add an air conditioner to your RV, you are adding comfort to your vacation, something that can make or break it. Sometimes, though, the unit itself isn't enough. With some RV models or conversion vehicles, the roofs are too thick for the typical RV AC unit. While some people might say that the solution is to simply not use the air duct channel, this will impact the quality of the air and the effectiveness of the air conditioner. Instead, if your RV roof is thicker than 5 ½” thick, you can use our thick roof kit bolts to get your RecPro AC installed.

These thick roof kit bolts are for both our 3800 and 3501 model AC units. Included are 4 220mm N8 bolts, each measuring 7 ½” long. Our 3800 and 3501 model AC units can fit roofs up to 5 ½” thick on their own and up to 7 3/32” thick with the assistance of these bolts. These bolts are made from galvanized steel, making them strong and highly resistant to rusting and corrosion.
