Patrick Industries, including but not limited to our subsidiaries, divisions, and brands (Business Units) value your trust. This Privacy Policy describes how Business Unit will collect, use, retain, disclose and otherwise process Personal Information when you access our websites, and apps( including but not limited to the attached site/app list below (updated annually). Each “Website” or “App”, including all content, information, and functionality available on them, and when you otherwise interact with us regarding our products, services, and offerings (collectively, referred to as the “Services”). By using our Services, including our Website or App, you acknowledge the terms of this Privacy Policy as they may be amended from time to time. Personal Information We Collect

“Personal Information” is information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with you personally, either alone or in combination with other information available to us. Information that has been de-identified or aggregated so that it cannot reasonably be linked to an individual consumer or household is not Personal Information. Personal Information also does not include publicly available information, such as information that is lawfully made available through federal, state, or local government records. We may use de-identified, aggregated, or publicly available data, for any purpose. We will not attempt to re-identify de-identified data.

We may collect information the following categories of Personal Information:

  • Identifiers - such as name, mailing address, phone numbers, and email addresses.
  • Internet or Similar Network Activity - such as your activity on your interaction with our Sites, as well as your interaction with our advertising and other communications, which may include your IP address and browsing activity.
  • Professional or Employment Information - such as information relating to your employment, including business address and contact information, professional role, title, and any other information you submit to us in that context.Commercial Information - such as information relating to your purchases or use of our Services, including your purchasing or consuming histories or tendencies.
  • Audiovisual or Similar Information – such as images that you post to your profile or upload to our Services and call recording (e.g., customer support calls).

  • Third-party Sources: We may obtain Personal Information from our vendors, commercially available sources, and third-party providers, including: (a) companies that market and sell extended warranty or service plans for our products; (b) providers of repair services for your products; (c) companies that sell products under our brand names through licensing arrangements; and (d) social media platforms and advertising partners.

How Do We Use Personal Information?

We may use your Personal Information as follows

  • Provide Our Services: We use Personal Information to provide our Services, including to: (1) process and fulfill your purchases; (2) provide information about the status of your Services; and (3) provide troubleshooting and product maintenance.
  • Communicate with You: We use Personal Information to respond to communications, contact you about your transactions, provide other relevant information, and request information or feedback.
  • Marketing and Advertising: We use Personal Information to market our Services and provide customized product offers.

We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information, as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”), for purposes that would require a consumer to exercise a right to limit under the CCPA.

Our Sharing of Personal Information

We may share the Personal Information we collect as described below:

  • Our Service Providers. Personal Information is shared with companies and organizations, including subsidiaries and other business entities controlled by Patrick Industries, that perform services on our behalf. The tasks performed by service providers include: (1)processing and storing Personal Information; (2) assisting with marketing communications, advertising, and strategic initiatives to enhance the Services; (3) processing credit card or other financial charges; and (4) providing technology services. We may provide service providers with all categories of Personal Information described above so they may act on our behalf. We take reasonable steps to ensure that our service providers are contractually obligated to keep Personal Information confidential and to utilize the Personal Information as permitted.
  • Within Patrick Industries. We may share your Personal Information within Patrick Industries (that is, among the business units within Patrick Industries) and with any of our affiliated companies for the purposes set forth in this Privacy Policy.
  • Business Transfers. We may transfer your personal Information to a company that has acquired the stock or assets of Patrick Industries or one of its business units, such as in connection with a sale, merger, reorganization or liquidation.
  • Compliance With Laws and Protection of Our Rights and the Rights of Others. In applicable jurisdictions, we provide our customers with certain rights regarding their Personal Information in accordance with applicable law. Right to Know About Personal Information Collected, Used, or Disclosed

You have the right to request that we disclose certain information to you about our collection, use and disclosure of your Personal Information. Once we receive your request and verify your identity, we will disclose to you: (1) the categories of Personal Information we collected about you; (2) the categories of sources of the Personal Information; (3) our business or commercial purpose for collecting or disclosing that Personal Information; (4) the categories of third parties with whom we shared that Personal Information; and (5) the specific pieces of Personal Information we collected about you in the preceding 12 months.

Right to Delete Personal Information Collected or Maintained

You have the right to request that we delete any of your Personal Information that we collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions. Once we receive and confirm your request and verify your identity, we will permanently delete (and direct our service providers to delete) your Personal Information from our records, unless a legal exception to deletion applies.

Right to Correction of Personal Information

You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate Personal Information that we maintain about you.

Right to Opt-Out of the Sale or Sharing of Your Personal Information for Targeted Advertising

You have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your Personal Information, including for cross-context behavioral (targeted) advertising. As noted above, we engage in personalized or targeted advertising using third-party cookies or pixels. In connection with such advertising, we may share the following categories of Personal Information with marketing partners: (a) device information and identifiers, such as unique advertising identifiers and cookies, and IP address; (b) usage information, such as browsing history; (c) location information, such as city; and (d) inference data. We do not otherwise sell your Personal Information, and we have no actual knowledge of selling or sharing personal information of minors under 16 years of age with non-affiliated third parties without affirmative consent.

In some jurisdictions, you may designate an authorized agent to submit your consumer request on your behalf, so long as the authorized agent has your written permission to do so and you have taken steps to verify your identity directly with us.

Verifying Your Request

We cannot respond to your request or provide you with Personal Information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the Personal Information relates to you. Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with us. We will only use Personal Information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify your identity or authority to make the request.

To verify your identity, we ask that you provide us with the following information when you submit your request: (1) first name, (2) last name, and (3) phone number or email. We will use the above information to verify your identity. Depending on the type of request or the information requested, we may require additional information to verify your identity and fulfill your request.

Rights and Choices of EU and UK Data Subjects

The EU’s General Data Protection Regulation and the UK Data Protection Act and UK General Data Protection Regulation provide EU and UK data subjects with additional rights described below. We generally act as a data controller of EU and UK data subject’s Personal Data submitted to us. We rely on that Personal Data for our legitimate interests of providing our Services. Where we need to collect Personal Data to comply with a legal obligation or under the terms of a contract we have with you, and you fail to provide that Personal Data when requested, we may not be able to provide you with our Services. We consider and balance any potential impact on you and your rights before we process your Personal Data. We do not use your Personal Data for activities where our interests are overridden by the impact on you unless we have your consent or are otherwise required or permitted by law. In certain circumstances, we act as a data processor, and, in those circumstances, we process your Personal Data for the purposes set out in this Policy consistent with the data processing terms of those partners. Cross-Border Data Transfers

We process Personal Data in the United States. When appropriate, we execute the Eurpoean Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, as appropriate safeguards for our customers that operate in the EU and the UK and to support transfers of Personal Data from those jurisdictions to the United States and other countries that have not received an adequacy decision from the Eurpoean Commission or the UK Secretary of State. In addition, we may transfer your Personal Data if one of the derogations for specific situations for such transfer can be invoked, such as with your consent or to perform an agreement you have with us.

Retention

We retain your Personal Information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which the Personal Information was collected, including to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. The criteria used to determine our retention periodsinclude the length of our relationship with you, your requests, ongoing obligations such as contracts and services, and our legal obligations.

Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect Personal Information, considering the nature of the Personal Information and the threats posed. However, no method of transmission or storage is complete secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of your Personal Information.

Services from Other Parties

Our Services may contain links to websites, apps, and platforms owned or hosted by third parties. This Privacy Policy only applies to websites and applications within our control and does not apply to third-party websites or applications. Use by Children
