RV Flair-It 1/2" Compression to Swivel Faucet Adapter

RV plumbing used to consist of brass pipes and fittings. This was great, except for the fact that they weren't flexible at all, cost an arm and a leg, and didn't really have the best connections. So RV manufacturers switched to plastic insert fittings, copper crimp rings, and PEX and gray tubing. This fixed those previous problems, except now, new problems existed. The insert fittings would crack from the pressure, the crimp rings sometimes didn't go on right, and the connections would leak. Sound familiar? Flair-it fittings work differently from both of the previous types of plumbing connections. They have a flared end that is inserted into the tube end and tightened with a screw cap. This might sound a little like the crimp rings except these fittings don't need a tool and don't have a different type to use with the PEX tubing vs the gray "quest" tubing. In addition to these perks, the fittings are also crack-resistant, rust-resistant, leak-proof, can withstand up to 90 pounds of pressure, don't need plumber's tape, and create the best bond on the market today. Pretty cool, right? With a fitting like this, you won't need to worry about your plumbing just up and leaking on you.
