Yearly maintenance checks on your RV roof are vital to ensure that it isn't damaged. This rubber roof kit contains all the materials required for installation. There will be little maintenance to do once the PVC roofing is secured.

RV manufacturers have used PVC rubber roofs for a long time. This top-quality roofing membrane has the highest tensile strength and is tear-resistant and puncture-resistant. Its flexibility is another great feature, providing an airtight seal around vents, corners, and other objects. It's even flexible enough to install on slanted roofs. Its weight will significantly benefit your RV's insulation, and the reduced energy costs will result in considerable savings! Other types of roofing, such as TPO or EPDM, break down over time if they aren't treated. Our maintenance-free PVC roofing is so durable that you will never need to condition it. It's completely antimicrobial, so you won't have to worry about mold, mildew, or algae ever again. Animal fat and droppings won't damage PVC roofing, unlike EPDM and TPO roofs. If these great qualities don't dazzle you, this PVC roofing material comes with a manufacturer's 15-year non-prorated warranty. The greater reflective property will keep your RV noticeably cooler and add to those savings! We recommend PVC RV roofing material, the highest quality RV roofing membrane available.

It's worth noting that some kits will contain varying amounts of components relative to the size. To remove the adhesive from the area around the roof, wipe away with water and a rag.

If applying to permeable surfaces like plywood and fiberboard, wet laminating the membrane to the underlying layer is the way to go. If the two surfaces aren't porous, for example, EPS or ISO, apply 4-5 mils of the adhesive to them and let them dry for about 20-30 minutes, though this will depend on conditions. Once the glue dries, it will change from white to transparent. Apply the membrane to the roof's deck and roll or broom down sheet to assure 100% contact area.

**Any wrinkles or surface inconsistencies are purely cosmetic and will not affect the structural effectiveness of the material**
